Floating does not require skill.

The regular practice of meditation

loosens vain attachments, defangs excess desires.


Allowing breath to breathe me

reconnects me to inborn resilience

and resolve.


Lead by doing less,

less being more,

open wide the eyes, ears, pores, heart.


Trust nature's practical simplicity;

worry not.

You do not know enough to worry.
