Twelve

Only in stillness

can one let go of ego

long enough to enter the sacred

temple.

Kneel at the altar.

Thank the body.

Realign with intuition,

behind five senses.

Floating is like couple's therapy for

Mind and Body.

When I first started floating, Mind and

Body weren't on speaking terms.

They sat on opposite sides of the room,

avoiding, facing the walls.

As I floated more, Mind and Body began turning;

they began to listen.


When one is still for long enough,

one remembers

this miracle of a body

wants nothing more than

to bless us

and heal us.
